Q. How do I create a profile?
A. email4loveasia is very quick and simple 4 step process, simply follow the onscreen instructions. It will only take a couple of minutes to complete. Just disclose your personal information (Your Surname, address, telephone/fax number and personal email address will be kept secret)

What should I type in for my Username?
Choose a name that you can easily remember, if your username has been taken try different combinations, until you have one that you can use. Please note: we cannot accept apostrophes (‘) or quotation marks (“) as part of the username.

What should I type in for my Password?
Again choose a Password that you can easily remember, if your Password has been taken try different combinations, until you have one that you can use. Please note: we cannot accept apostrophes (‘) or quotation marks (“) as part of the password.

What if I forget my Password/Username?
It’s simple! Just go to the home page where you login, click on the Forgot password? Link, type in your email address and your password will be emailed to your personal email address

Should I type in my correct Postal Address?
Your information is totally safe on our servers. Your information will not be given out to any third party companies, and will only be used for our records:
PLEASE NOTE: Because of the facility on our site to enable users to send gifts, we need your correct postal address, or you will not receive any gifts that have been sent for you.

Q. What is my Homepage?
A. Your Homepage contains everything you’ll need to control your email4loveasia account. From this nerve centre, you can view your Profile, edit your personal information, change your compatibility information, up-load additional photos and much, much more.

Q. How do I upload a Photo?
A. If you are serious about using the service, we cannot emphasize enough that you need to post a photograph with your profile. Profiles with Photo’s receive up to 80% more response than profiles with no photo. So we decided to make it easy for you.

1. Upload a photo directly to our website from your computer
1. Click on 'Browse'
2. Choose the destination where your photograph is – Click open
3. Then click on the ‘Upload File’ heart
4. You will then receive confirmation that we have received your Photo
5. Continue
Please upload a recent photograph. Nudity, Obscenity or sexual photographs will be removed, Image size should be 400 x 400 Max.  File size should be 100Kb Max.


2. Send us your photo via email


To send us your photo via email you MUST include the following details:

1. Your Full Name
2. Your MemberID No.
3. Your Personal email address
4. Your date of birth
5. Send your photos to photos@email4loveasia.com

Alternatively: you can send us a photo by snailmail: If you click on ‘send photo by snailmail’ you will be able to print out a form with your details on there, simply enclose the form with a recent photograph and we will do the rest. (if you want the photograph to be returned, please also enclose a stamped addressed envelope.If you do not have a printer, please write your member ID No, Password and email address on the back of the photo and send to:

Q. What is Snail Mail?
A. If you are unable to scan in your photo to upload on the site, you can pop it in the post – that’s snail mail.

Q. What if I can't see my photo?
A. If you are unable to see you photograph it may be for several reasons

1. Your photograph will be placed in ‘Quarantine’ until it has been approved by one of our admin staff (we check all submissions for offensive material)
2. Your Photograph has not been approved for one of the following reasons:
1. The Photo was obscene.
2. We do not accept cartoons, animated characters, or obscured photos.
3. We felt the photograph was not a good representation of our service.

Q. How do I update my information?
A. You need to go to ‘My home’, which is your personal information centre. This is where you can edit all your personal information, personal description, and photo details, when you have made the changes you need in each section simply click the ‘Continue’ button and your new information will appear when you click on the ‘View my profile’ link.

Your profile will be withdrawn if it does not comply with the following requirements:

You are not 18 Years of age.
Posting of any personal contact information ( ie email addresses, web addresses, telephone numbers etc)
Obscene text or language, sexual innuendo, swearing, any vulgarity and Racism.
Any form of business use. This is a personal service
Foreign Language – we need to be able to verify the validity of the information, so must be posted in English
